cabin crew very fun and friendly, beautiful and they are younger than cabin crew's other airlines.

I have flown AirAsia a few times and its hard to find anything good to say. The bad experience starts on their website by having so many extra charges that are either difficult to reject or impossible to reject. Even though I do not have extra baggage I was get charged it by the time the total fee comes up. I also get charged additional fees to pay at the end without being offered a free option. The plane was late, the leg room minimal, but the staff while not great were OK. All in all other budget airlines are better.

Airasia is always smooth flying, professional and on time. Leg space is limited though and they always tend to put you in the prisoners seat in the middle if you have not booked a seat in advance. Even when the plane is almost empty, they still place you right in the middle seat. Asking a flight attendant if you can move is never a problem though.

AirAsia is the best low cost carrier air services, with accuracy of schedule and check-in. We are not in very long waiting to entrance onto the plane. And its so amazing when we realized that the crew cabin presenting a "Granade" song when we arrive in Soekarno Hatta.

And keep the best for AirAsia. I will fly with you again. Thanks!

From Surabaya to Kuala Lumpur, I joined the conference in Unitar Selangor, and I was flying from Surabya to Kuala Lumpur with my son. It was so nice because we could arrive on time and the flight was so nice. It was landing so smoothly boyth when it arrived in Kuala Lumpr and Back to Surabaya

Checking was easy and fast and we left on time so that was all good. I was placed in row 20 or so, but the back rows were still empty so I sat in the last row, all for myself. The problem I had was with the food on board. I did not prebook my meal cause hey, I do not know what I wanted to eat that day when I booked this flight 2 months ago. And when the trolley appeared I ordered a sandwich and although I was the first passenger they helped the sandwich was already sold out. They only had meals with rice and I have tried it a few times but it is just disgusting, only the sandwiches are eatable. So the only option left was to buy cookies which I did not do: I will buy food next time before I board an airasia flight because I had this experience before.

Once, few months ago I saw in their menu they had a nice sandwich, so I order that sandwich. The crew member helping me said on this flight I could only order the sandwich as part of a package with peanuts I believe. Fine, get me the peanuts too then. But unfortunately the peanuts were finished. She would not sell me the sandwich because the peanuts were finished and she refused to sell me the sandwich without it. Jees… They had the sandwich I wanted but they refused to sell it to me. What is that for service!
